These terms govern your use of the Pic Artist Plus mobile application, published by Candier Code Digital. By installing or using the app, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Pic Artist Plus on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its templates.

2. User content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you edit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to modify any media you import into the app.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass paid features or interfere with the app's operation.
• Do not use our templates to misrepresent a real person.

4. Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Vancouver, B.C.
